At Watchman Ridge, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces within South Africa

  • Selected international destinations (where applicable)

If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Watchman Ridge is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your order appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
